The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. 

Contacting Us 

If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. 

Data Storage 

Please note that for the purpose of processing your order, the name, address, and bank details of the client/buyer will be stored. The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of transfers to the processing banks, the transport/shipping company we have commissioned for the delivery of the goods, and our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. After completion of the order/purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years). The data including name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will be stored beyond this period until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years), or for as long as applicable retention periods exist. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR. 

Your rights 

You have the fundamental rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
